Sports Performance Psychology
Our practice has specific clinical expertise in counseling athletes and works with a variety of athletes, dancers and performers at the elite, university and high school levels. She works to help athletes maintain a confident, positive and calm mindset, while learning how to increase mental toughness and resilience, so that they can perform at their optimal athletic level. We also specializes in treating injured athletes to rebuild and regain their mental strength or to support athletes with a transition out of their sport. Our practice also works with athletes who have experienced and are struggling with concussion related concerns, Mild Traumatic Brain Injury and Post Concussive Syndrome.
